Log into your DBLACKSTORE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Ship the Items

Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
